Creative Canvas provides a simple fee structure for online donations and for events.

Option A: own Your Own Shows

  • Ticketing, Venue Booking, And Support Fees: Creative Canvas assesses a fee against ticket sales to help with ticketing, customer support for your guests, and to help you find and book your venue.

  • Tip Collection: 5% is charged against tips to cover our payment processing.

  • Host Fee: Some venues will require a rental fee. If so, you’ll qualify for a special discount rate with one of our venues. We’ll invoice you for the cost of the venue.

  • Optional Fees: Creative Canvas can give you access to extra equipment, lights, and staff at a better rate than you can get anywhere else! We’ll send you a customized invoice.



option b: Join A Creative Canvas Event (No FEE)

  • If you don't want to worry about any fees on your own, you can join an event put on by Creative Canvas. We plan our very own events for artists that don't want to do all of the work of putting together their own events. We book the venue, we help rent the equipment that you don't have if considered necessary, and we staff the event!

  • We pay you and other featured artists an agreed upon percentage from ticket sales for being a part of the event.


online Donations

  • Store Fee: Creative Canvas assesses a 5% fee against donations and purchases made in your online store.

  • Payment Processing: Creative Canvas uses Stripe Payments to process transactions. Stripe charges an additional 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and that fee will be assessed on all transactions in the store.
